Does anybody know the functions of the bucket? I know that the first white space that is used to calibrate the instrument is between the readings. And the other 4?

  1. Tray 2: Monitoring of the rate of photosynthesis without the presence of light
Tray 3: Monitoring of the rate of photosynthesis, the process of light (normal)
Bucket 4 observed: the rate of photosynthesis in the chloroplasts, which have boiled (denatured)
Bucket of 5: control variable (I think?)

Tray 3: note the role of photosynthesis to ultraviolet radiation
Bucket 4: note the stability of the chloroplast
