IPod nano warranty help!!!!? - does my best buy warranty cover water damage

I have an iPod nano 3rd Generation and recantly something happens on the screen and no blisters. I think it will moght be damaged by water. I am a little perfectionist, and whenever I think my iPod and watch the bubble, I crazyyy. I guarantee that can be Best Buy, but not for water damage. Is it possible that the damage in May from the inside, so that my warranty covers it. I was told if I was sure that not even attempt to fix my iPod when enternally has broken me a new one.

Does anyone know a way out of my iPod not so covered my warranty?
